The noise is a slight nuisance to the townsfolk, but they are happy that the displays draw in a great number of tourists.
Ashley wears a turquoise pendant, earrings, and bangles, as a reference to Xiuhtecuhtli, the Aztec god of fire. The color and gemstone turquoise were associated with Xiuhtecuhtli, whose name translates to "The Turquoise Lord" and who was often depicted adorned with turquoise ornaments and mosaics.
