The Poison E4 member is also the region's best chef. He owns restaurants in Urobos. He's known for making incredibly tasty stuff from poisonous things (like Squink's ink soup etc.) Inspired by real-life sushi chefs who prepare puffer-fish.
Administrator/Moderator for the Urobos Pokémon Storage System. Bookish, kind of stuck up/serious, she spends too much time on her computer or with her Pokémon so she isn't very talkative with people. She's a very quick thinker though and an efficient tactician in battle, willing to make tough calls and switch out her Pokémon when she sees an opening for gaining the advantage. She designs battle simulations to test the playability of her team. Her strategy is preparation oriented, perfectly calculated IV/EV's, meticulously selected move pools to minimize weaknesses, and hold items that perfectly compliment her Pokémon's strategies.
Sandra is very artsy and a bit introverted. Because of her fear of water, she never played in in the ocean with other kids, and instead played in the sand. She loves building giant sand sculptures and watching them fall apart.
A famous author who writes stories of myth and fantasy, and for the kids pretends he is one of the characters re-telling the story (as the hero or his friend). His stories may have parallels to his own real adventures when he was a trainer though.
While he poses as the flamboyant superhero Pokéman, Salvador is quieter and less eccentric than his alter ego. He's well liked by most and takes on a mentor-esque position for young trainers. He originally acted sillier as Pokéman to mask his identity, but later admits that "the costume brings it out of you".
To be determined
On the right is artwork for characters proposed as Elite Four members, but which were ultimately rejected.
