Inner Focus is an Ability. Two Pokémon can have this Ability.
Effect[]
In battle[]
Inner Focus prevents the Pokémon from flinching. Pokémon can still flinch due to a Pokémon with Mold Breaker.
Focus Punch, while stating that the user flinches, does not in fact cause flinching, so if a Pokémon with Inner Focus takes damage while using Focus Punch the move will still fail.
When its effect activates, the quote "<Pokémon> won't flinch because of its Inner Focus" will appear.
Outside of battle[]
Inner Focus has no effect outside of battle.
