This page lists all the items in Pokémon Sage, mainly focusing on new items.

It is possible that there will be many unique items, to be given as rewards for several side-quests and end-game content. The appearance of some canon items may also be changed in order to make them better suit the theme of the game.

Creating/deciding on custom items is not currently high priority.

Items

• Mail items will only be in Sage if trading Pokémon with other players becomes possible.
• We have not yet confirmed exactly which berries will be in our game.

These items have been created for Pokémon Sage.

	Pawtering Can	Used for watering berry plants.	Given to the player by a gardener on Route 3.
	Wooly Sweater	"A warm, fuzzy sweater. The wearer cannot be frozen and nearby eggs hatch faster."	Reward from early side-quest with farmer who has Macabra in their Dreamdery pen.
	Iveolite	Raises the Attack and Special Attack of a Pokémon that can still evolve.	A battle held item used by Cameron's Barracute.
	X-Ray Specs	Hold item - Reveals the held items of opponents.	Vivace City prize counters.
	Purple Apricorn	Used to make Feather Balls.	On trees.
	Orange Apricorn	Used to make Dawn Balls.	On trees.
	Feather Ball	Works better on lighter Pokémon.	Made with the Purple Apricorn.
	Dawn Ball	Works better in the morning.	Made with the Orange Apricorn.
	Snome Cone	Heals burn and restores 20 HP, consumable.	Andante Bay Snome Cone Cart.
	Pawt Dog	Heals freeze and restores 20 HP, consumable.	Dronia City Pawt Dog Stand.
	Cowatti Cola	Heals sleep and restores 20 HP, consumable.	Dronia City Vending Machines.
	Fortifries	Heals paralysis and restores 20 HP, consumable.
	Dippin' Dops	Heals confusion and restores 20 HP, consumable.
	Caracrust Pizza	Heals poison and restores 20 HP, consumable.	Vivace City Pizzeria.
	Corrupted Disc	Evolves Vectol when held.	???
	Kaleidoscope	Evolves Arjibi when held.	???
	Third Eye	Held item. Reveals the abilities of opponents.	Fortunei.
	Fool's Gold	Absolutely useless. But there is one NPC in the game that will buy it, thinking it's the real thing.	Desert Pass, Desert Cave, Jungle.
	Poké Toy	An item that attracts Pokémon. Use it to flee from any battle with a wild Pokémon.	Poké Mart.
	Foul Rock	Held item. Lengthens the duration of Acid Rain from 5 turns to 8 turns when used by the holder.	Dronia Sewers, unhidden.
	Sage Candy Bar	Medicine. Heals all status ailments (Full Heal clone).	Various places around the region, found in item balls (preferably in unexpected places because that’d be funny, like Gold City and Scrapyard).
	Ragged Pebble	Held item. When held by Enigmite: Raises the holder's Special Attack and Special Defense by 20% each. Turns into Polished Sphere if the holder evolves into Enigmantis.	Held by wild Enigmite.
	Polished Sphere	Held item. When held by Enigmantis: Raises the holder's Special Attack and Special Defense by 20% each.	From Ragged Pebble when the holding Enigmite evolves.
	Cloud Dust	Held item. Negates all weather effects while the holder is in battle.	Handed out by an NPC on Route 15.
	Corrupted Seed	Held item. Any HP drained from the holder to heal another Pokémon instead damages that Pokémon by the same amount.	Jungle.
	Bolt Orb	Held item. Inflicts the holder with paralysis at the end of the turn.	Purchasable from a Caesura Outpost shop.
	Mist Shooter, Flare Shooter, Smoke Shooter	Consumable item. After use, all wild Pokémon encounters are chosen from the morning/day/night lists respectively, regardless of the time. This effect wears off when the player leaves the map. Can be used even if they wouldn't make a difference (like Repel/Black Flute/White Flute can).	Purchasable from Ossia City Mart.
	Doubloon	Sell for a high price.	Hidden in dive spots.

Exactly which HMs will have Key Item counterparts has not been decided.
