Trivia

Kobold guide

General idea for Koblin line.

  • The Koblin line was one of the last lines to get finalized designs, as there were many struggles during development.
  • The method of its split evolution was considered impossible to implement for a time, but eventually a way was discovered.

Design origin

Kobalt is based on the kobold, a mythic, sprite-like creature that takes on many forms such as candles and animals.

Name origin

Kobalt's name is a combination of kobold and cobalt, a mineral which is also known as kobold ore.
