General idea for Koblin line.
- The Koblin line was one of the last lines to get finalized designs, as there were many struggles during development.
- The method of its split evolution was considered impossible to implement for a time, but eventually a way was discovered.
- In the tabletop RPG Dungeons & Dragons, kobolds have a reptilian or dragon-like form, similar to this Pokémon's design.
