Razor Wind does nothing on the turn it is selected. On the following turn, Razor Wind inflicts damage. Once Razor Wind is selected, the user will be unable to switch out until Razor Wind has been disrupted or fully executed. Razor Wind has an increased critical hit ratio, and hits both opponents in a double battle.

If a Power Herb is held by the user, Razor Wind can be executed in one turn.
