Trivia[]

Design origin[]

Shelosene is based on a tortoise. Its long neck suggests it is based specifically on a common snapping turtle. Its jagged shell is more reminiscent of an alligator snapping turtle.

Name origin[]

Shelosene's name is a combination of shell and kerosene, a highly flammable type of fuel.
