Swallow is a non-damaging Normal-type move.

Effect

This move will fail if the user has not used Stockpile.

Swallow will recover the user's HP depending on the amount of times the user has used Stockpile.

• One Stockpile → 25% of the user's maximum HP
• Two Stockpiles → 50% of the user's maximum HP
• Three Stockpiles → 100% of the user's maximum HP

Spit Up removes any Defense and Special Defense boosts gained through Stockpile.

Description

Description The power stored using the move Stockpile is absorbed by the user to heal its HP. Storing more power heals more HP.
