Trivia

• Originally nicknamed the "Zen Monkeys," the Taomarin line are based on the concept of spiritual balance. This is reflected in their equilateral stats as well as learning each move at an even level.

Design origin

Taomarin is based on Buddhist monks and monkeys, in particular the tamarin, a squirrel-sized monkey with mustache-like facial hair that lives in Central and South America.

Name origin

Taomarin's name is a combination of Tao and tamarin.
